Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. 

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that is exclusively sold by The Gray Elephant LLC. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase with all original tags and labels attached (MUST). If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or refund for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling. Please note - Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees ($5.15 or 5% which ever is highest) that might be applicable.

Return Process


1.After receiving a RMA number,
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include your proof of purchase. All items must be returned in good condition with all original tags and labels to ensure that you receive credit.
3 .Please include your order number, reason for return, billing name, and address with the item(s) (Must).

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees ($5.15 or 5% which ever is highest) that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policies or about the process of returning your item, please contact us directly and we would be glad to assist.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
