If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise that is exclusively sold by The Gray Elephant LLC. All products must be unworn, unwashed, unused or undamaged within 30 days of the original purchase with all original tags and labels attached (MUST). If returned with the original receipt, you will receive an exchange or refund for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling. Please note - Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees ($5.15 or 5% which ever is highest) that might be applicable.

Return Process

1.After receiving a RMA number,
2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include your proof of purchase. All items must be returned in good condition with all original tags and labels to ensure that you receive credit.
